The Illinois PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center) provides assistance to businesses that want to sell their products and/or services to the government (Federal and State).
A wide range of assistance is offered -- most free of charge -- to businesses through one-on-one counseling sessions, classes, seminars and matchmaking events.
