The QBTC is an incubator that nurtures the development of entrepreneurial companies helping them to service and grow during their start-up period. A facility consisting of 67,000 square feet on five (5) floors with passenger and freight elevators. Space consisting of single offices, suites, and combinations of office space and light manufacturing or warehouse-type businesses.
